App issue with ACT 2.0E when using subfolder

NOTE: This solution is only for version 2.0 and does not apply to 2.0.1 and above.
If you are using a folder for your install and you're having trouble with accessing any ACT apps, please try the following: Please edit the .htaccess file in your /api folder of your ACT installation using FTP or cPanel's File Manager. On line #6, you will see:
RewriteBase /api
You will need to replace this. Say your ACT installation is at: yourdomain.com/calltracking Then you would replace that line to: RewriteBase /calltracking/api If you are getting errors, or need help doing this, please submit a ticket. | |
