If you are having a difficult time accessing your purchase please follow these guidelines:

First, check your SPAM folder as the notification may have ended up there.

If no message is in your SPAM folder then please submit a ticket with your purchase information.

This includes a copied and pasted version of your receipt as well as the email address you purchased the product with.
