How do I set up a email notifications for calls in ACT

To set up email notifications for calls in ACT, do the following:

1) Go to Admin > Manage Users

2) Click on Add New User

3) Insert information and permissions for that user

4) Click Okay

5) Set up email forwarding by clicking on the icon to the right in actions

6) Confirm that the email is correct where the call notifications should be sent to and in the dropdown menu in the Send Notification On Calls select the appropriate duration.
