Viewlio is stuck on initializing

If you installed Viewlio and it is just initializing.

To fix the initializing issue, do the following below.

1.  Delete the current version off of your computer, and make sure it is cleared from your trash. 

2. Search for the folder name "groinup.outsourcing.youtubetool" and delete it.

Usually it is located in your "User/Username/AppData/Roaming" folder.

3.  Reboot your computer if necessary.

4.  Install current version on your computer
