Q: What is GIG Commander?
A: GIG Commander is a new, powerful tool that gives you the ability to quickly find, organize and order outsourcing help for Gig categories offered on FIverr and SEO clerks. Q: Is GIG Commander Self Hosted or SaaS?
A: GIG is an Adobe AIR application that runs off your computer (either MAC or PC) and utilizes our servers to perform the filtering and searching. One simple download and you'll be off and running.
Q: Where do the leads/"gigs" come from?
A: All outsourcer leads/gigs are generated from either Fiverr or SEO Clerks depending on your search criteria.
Q: Am I able to filter my results?
A: Absolutely! That's the real power of GIG Commander. Your search criteria can include a choice between searching Fiverr or SEO Clerks by Category and Subcategory and Country based on the website choice. You can also filter your results by Delivery Time (by days), Positive Feedback Ratio and Number of Reviews.
Q: How do I Order a GIG after I do a search?
A: First you must click the "Stop" button in the lower left hand corner of the screen in order to stop the flow of GIGs. Once stopped, you can sort your GIGs by clicking on the column heading. Choose your GIGs by selecting the checkbox next to the GIG and click the "Order" button.
Q: How do I Save a Search Filter?
A: First you must click the "Stop" button in the lower left hand corner of the screen in order to stop the flow of GIGs. Once stopped, you can click the "Save Search to Favorites" button. This will produce an option to choose the tab you would like to save your search. Choose a tab and click Save.
Q: How do I ad tabs to organize my Favorites?
A: In the main navigation, click the "Favorites" link. Under Favorites, you will see at least one tab under "Favorite Searches". Next to that tab is a "+" sign. Click the "+" sign to add a new tab.
Q: How do I save a GIG to my Favorites?
A: After performing a search under the main navigation heading of "Search" you can select the checkbox next to GIGs you would like to save and click the "Save Gigs to Favorites" button.
Q: How do I save a GIG to a Project?
A: In order to save a GIG to a project you must first "Order" a GIG from the search menu. Order button in the main navigation you are able to "Save" GIGs from this screen. Choose a project from the dropdown menu at the top of the page and click save next to the GIG you would like to save to that project.
Q: Where are the GIGs I saved?
A: In the main navigation, click the "Favorites" link. In the top right hand side of the screen, choose "Go to Favorite Gigs" in order to see your saved GIGs.
Q: How does GIG Commander know to Order from my account?
A: In order for GIG Commander to function as your Fiverr or SEO Clerks account, you will need to provide the necessary credentials under the "Settings" tab in the main menu. By providing your credentials, it will enable GIG Commander to function in your place so all of your orders are chronicled in your Fiverr or SEO Clerks account.
Q: What types of payments are accepted?

Q: I didn't get my Login Credentials or Welcome Email. What should I do?
A: The first thing you should try is to have the system re-mail your password by choosing the “I forgot my password” option on the login page. If you still don’t receive your password, you should open up a ticket in our support system at web1support.com.
