Question: Do we have to host with you, or can I host on my own hostgator account?

Answer: You are licensing the Instant Local Sites software, images, and content so they are required to be hosted on our system for licensing and security. This is a 100% proprietary system and we are not a white label service.

 

Question: How do I get access if I am already a Web Weaver Elite customer?

Answer: If you already have a Web Weaver Elite account, you will still need to purchase a license on this site to receive the limited time discount. Once you activate your license there is a video walking you through the upgrade process from within the software.

 

Question: Is it possible for me to backup the wordpress files?

Answer: For security reasons we have a 24 hour daily backup in place for each site.

 

Question: Can I build a website on a subdomain since my client already has a website on their main URL?

Answer: Yes, that’s exactly how our system was designed to work. You can easily build a website on an unbranded subdomain or our BizWebsitePro.com URL. This will allow you to build and show the website to your client, and once approved our support staff can help you with the DNS and domain update for your client’s main URL. Remember DNS propagation may take 48-72 hours to fully resolve once update.

 

Question: Regarding your hosting, is there a concern with having too many similar web sites on the same ip or ip range or IP class?

Answer: We host several thousand websites and have not encountered that issue. The majority of our sites are in the local space, not affiliate marketing so this isn’t a concern.

 

Question: While doing a search for your product I found WebWeaverElite.com that offers different hosting packages. Is this the same thing?

Answer: Web Weaver Elite is the software engine for this program but a basic account does NOT include the Instant Local Sites package. If you activate an account there first you’ll have to pay $999 to upgrade your account.

 

Question: Do I get FTP or CPanel Access with Web Weaver Elite?

Answer: For website security and licensing FTP and Cpanel are not provided, and in most cases not required for users. However we do include DNS, Subdomains, Website Stats, and Email options from your dashboard.

 

Question: I can only host with you, but I am outside the US. How does that work with support?

Answer: We have active support with live chat, a ticketing system in the software and a call in number. While we don’t have 24/7 coverage yet, our average response time is just a few hours.

 

Question: Is the live chat around the clock?

Answer: Around the clock live chat is coming soon. If the attendant is not available we have an option to leave them a message or you can submit a ticket.

 

Question:So it will cost me $20/site per month.

Answer: Yes, After your initial licensing fee, each site you build costs $20 to build and just $20 per month after that.

 

Question: How much is each new site? Was that $20 also?

Answer: Each new site only costs you $20 affording you the opportunity to make a huge profit on each site you sell, or provide the option to add it into a package for a local client in a cost effective manner.

 

Question: What about emails? Will your staff move them over also?

Answer: Our staff does handle some technical issues for customers, but are not trained and can not be responsible for moving your client’s email accounts. There are 3 easy option in the back office to setup email. We highly recommend email forwarders as they are the easiest to setup and move for a client.
